What Is VOID?
VOID is an experimental card game that blends psychology, storytelling, and interaction design to help players explore their inner world and interpersonal dynamics. It transforms abstract emotional concepts into tangible, playful experiences—designed not just for fun, but for reflection and connection.

Why the Name “VOID”?
In relationships, these “voids” show up as silences, misunderstandings, or disconnects.
Rather than ignoring them, VOID invites you to step into that space—to explore what’s hidden, unsaid, or unfinished.
It is not a place of nothingness, but a place of potential.
A mirror. A question. A beginning.
The name VOID embodies the game’s purpose:
To transform emotional avoidance into connection, and silence into meaningful dialogue.
-
“A Void” represents emptiness, the emotional blank spaces we often avoid confronting.
-
“Avoid” reflects our tendency to turn away from uncomfortable truths—our unmet needs, unsaid words, and unseen selves.

Type Specimen Book Design | Futura
Role
Typography & Layout Designer
Deliverables
Digital Type Specimen Book (interactive PDF) & Promotional Flyer
Overview
This project presents a curated type specimen book for Futura, one of the most iconic sans-serif typefaces of the 20th century, designed by Paul Renner in 1927. The publication explores Futura’s Bauhaus roots, geometric clarity, and cultural legacy, framed through a bold and rhythmic visual system.
The layout emphasizes visual tension and spatial rhythm, using a high-contrast yellow-black palette with intentional negative space to create a unique reading flow and tactile memory—particularly at physical folds and finger-turn areas. Each spread was constructed to test Futura’s use in micro and macro typography, showcasing headlines, body copy, modular grids, and symbolic abstraction.
Included sections:
Historical context of Futura’s creation and evolution
Complete character set with typographic analysis
Real-world applications including classic use cases from NASA, IKEA, Supreme, and Penguin Books
The project repositions Futura not only as a utilitarian typeface, but as a timeless visual system that continues to shape contemporary design.
A dynamic type specimen book that reframes Futura as both a tool and a statement—celebrating its geometry, philosophy, and influence through motion-inspired layouts and tactile design logic.
