What Is VOID?
VOID is an experimental card game that blends psychology, storytelling, and interaction design to help players explore their inner world and interpersonal dynamics. It transforms abstract emotional concepts into tangible, playful experiences—designed not just for fun, but for reflection and connection.

Why the Name “VOID”?
In relationships, these “voids” show up as silences, misunderstandings, or disconnects.
Rather than ignoring them, VOID invites you to step into that space—to explore what’s hidden, unsaid, or unfinished.
It is not a place of nothingness, but a place of potential.
A mirror. A question. A beginning.
The name VOID embodies the game’s purpose:
To transform emotional avoidance into connection, and silence into meaningful dialogue.
-
“A Void” represents emptiness, the emotional blank spaces we often avoid confronting.
-
“Avoid” reflects our tendency to turn away from uncomfortable truths—our unmet needs, unsaid words, and unseen selves.

WORK CREATURE | Brand Identity Posters
Project type
Two large-format promotional posters for street installation
Date
2025
Location
New York City
Overview
This project was created for WORK CREATURE, a fictional New York-based art supply and comic store brand. The posters are designed to blend fantasy and reality, representing the brand’s core philosophy: creativity as a powerful, untamed force living inside all of us.
Each piece combines photography, character illustration, and photo-manipulated collage, staging scenes where art literally breaks through the boundaries of the mundane. One poster captures a dark, electrified comic world where the artist’s pen becomes a conduit of raw energy. The other features a miniature creature navigating a colorful urban artscape, emphasizing exploration and wonder.
Concept & Visual Language
Mixed-media execution: photography x digital illustration x compositing
Character design: represents the inner ‘work creature’—a playful, mischievous force of creativity
Color palette: one electric and dramatic (night, purple, lightning), one light and vibrant (day, street, saturation)
Narrative intention: designed to function as both an eye-catching poster and a brand myth-making tool, creating emotional connection with artists and comic lovers alike.
These posters were built for outdoor transit displays, connecting with an urban creative audience in their everyday commute—reminding them that art is everywhere, and it starts with you.
Promotional poster series for a fictional NY-based art & comic store, visualizing creativity as a living creature using mixed-media storytelling.
